骨碎补总黄酮对去卵巢大鼠下颌骨密度及骨代谢生化指标的影响 被引量:5

Effects of drynaria total flavonoids on bone mineral density of mandible and biochemistry markers of bone metabolism in ovariectomized rats

摘要 目的:研究骨碎补总黄酮对去卵巢大鼠下颌骨密度及血清骨代谢生化指标的影响。方法:成功建立SD大鼠下颌骨骨质疏松模型后,使用完全随机法将大鼠分为5组:假手术组(Sh am)、去卵巢模型组(OVX)、骨碎补总黄酮高剂量组(GB-H)、骨碎补总黄酮低剂量组(GB-L)和戊酸雌二醇组(EV),每组8只。各组大鼠连续给药12周后处死,测血清雌二醇、子宫指数、血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶浓度,双能X线骨密度仪检测大鼠下颌骨密度。结果:与Sham组比较,OVX组大鼠下颌骨密度显著降低(P<0.05);雌二醇水平、子宫指数显著减小(P<0.05);血钙显著降低、碱性磷酸酶显著升高(P<0.05)。与OVX组比较,GB-H、L组均可增加下颌骨密度(P<0.05),降低碱性磷酸酶水平(P<0.05),但对血清雌二醇及子宫指数无影响。结论:骨碎补总黄酮能抑制去卵巢大鼠下颌骨骨量丢失,改善骨代谢,对下颌骨骨质疏松具有防治作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of drynaria total flavonoids on bone mineral density of mandible and biochemistry markers of bone metabolism in ovariectomized rats. Methods: The mandibular osteoporosis model was established by removing the ovaries of the rats. Then the animals were randomly assigned to 5 groups(n=8 per group): sham operation group(Sham), ovariectomized group(OVX), low-dose drynaria total flavonoids group(GB-L), high-dose drynaria total flavonoids group(GB-H) and Estradiol Valerate group(EV). After 12 weeks rats were sacrificied, the index of uterus,serum estrogen levels, serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase were measured. Bone mineral density of mandible was detected with Dual Energy X-ray. Results: Bone mineral density of mandible, index of uterus, serum estrogen level,serum calcium decreased, but the serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP) level increased significantly in OVX group compared to those in Sham group. Compared with OVX group, GB-H and L groups could increase the density of mandible and decrease ALP level, but had no effect on the serum estradiol and uterine index. Conclusion: Drynaria total flavonoids showed the potential effects on prevention of mandibular osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats by inhibiting the mandible bone mineral loss and improving the bone metabolism.
