摘要
检测并分析了用于石油井下工具崩解压裂球材料的可溶铝基合金的元素构成,测试了可溶铝基合金的拉伸性能、压缩性能和硬度指标,并深入研究了可溶铝基合金的溶解性能,分析了其溶解原理。结果表明:可溶铝基合金含有1.28%Cu、0.16%Ti、0.12%Zr、0.02%B、1.90%Ga、3.19%Mg、0.02%Fe、0.22%Sn、0.35%In,其余为Al;可溶铝基合金为脆性材料,在T5状态下其抗拉强度Rm为252 MPa,伸长率为2.5%,维氏硬度为197 HV,抗压强度σ为839 MPa;可溶铝基合金在纯水中的溶解速率较慢,随着溶液温度和Na Cl含量的升高,其溶解速率不断加快。
The element composition of soluble aluminum base alloy used for manufacturing fracturing balls is analyzed,the tensile property,compression property and hardness parameter of it are tested. The solubility and solution principle of it are studied. The results show that soluble aluminum base alloy contains 1. 28% Cu,0. 16% Ti,0. 12% Zr,0. 02% B,1. 90% Ga,3. 19% Mg,0. 02% Fe,0. 22%Sn and 0. 35% In,and the rest is Al. Soluble aluminum base alloy is a kind of brittle material. In T5 state,its tensile strength is 252 MPa,elongation is 2. 5%,Vickers hardness is 197 HV,and compressive strength is 839 MPa. The dissolution of soluble aluminum base alloy in pure water is slow,but it will accelerate with the increases of dissolving temperature and Na Cl content.
