风电场的风机设备选择及运行维护的优化 被引量:4

摘要 为评估风电场的风能资源及其利用情况,分析了风速分布、平均风速、风功率密度、风能有效利用时间与风电出力比率,综合判断该风电场的风能区域等级在"可利用区"与"次丰富区"之间,并得出了不适用于并网风力发电的结论;用容量系数讨论风能资源与风机的匹配情况,确定新型号风机Ⅲ对风能资源的有效利用率最高.通过建立风机维护计划的规划模型,给出了各组维修人员的排班方案,以保证风电场有较好经济效益的同时又能使维修人员的工作任务相对均衡. In order to assess the wind energy resources and their utilization of wind power stations,we analyze wind speed distribution,average wind velocity,density of wind velocity,effective utilization times of wind energy,the wind power output radio,and conclude that the wind energy resources is between "available area"and "suboptimal area",where the effect of applying to the grid wind power is not good; using capacity factor to discuss the matching of wind energy resources and the fan,determining the new type fan Ⅲ is the highest effective utilization of wind energy resources. By establishing the programming model of the fan maintenance plan,the scheduling scheme of all the maintenance personnel is given to ensure that the wind farm has better economic benefit and meantime make the work task of the maintenance personnel relatively balanced.
