摘要
开展国家义务教育质量监测目的在于了解义务教育阶段学生学业质量、身心健康及其变化情况,深入分析影响义务教育质量的主要原因,为转变教育管理方式和改进学校教育教学提供参考,引导社会树立正确的教育质量观,纠正以升学率和分数作为评价学校和学生唯一标准的做法,推动义务教育质量和学生健康水平不断提升。从2011年9月28日我市福清市(县级市)首次参加国家义务教育质量监测以来到2017年,我市已有六个县(市)区共10次参加了国家的义务教育质量监测。2015-2017年是国家义务教育质量监测的第一个完整监测周期,福州市共五个县(市)区参加了本周期的国家义务教育质量监测,福州市从"六个确保"在省政府教育督导办公室、省质量监测办的大力支持与指导下,均圆满完成了每次国家义务教育质量监测各项工作,也引发本人的几点思考。
The national compulsory education quality monitoringaims to keep track of the academic quality, physical and mentalhealth of students at the stage of compulsory as well as theirchanges, deeply analyzes the main factors affecting the quality ofcompulsory education, provide reference for the transformation ofeducation management methods and the improvement of schooleducation and teaching, guide the society to establisha correctoutlook on education quality, eliminate the practice of treatingfurther education rates and test scores as the only standard, andpromote the continuous improvement of compulsory educationquality and students' health. Since the first participation ofFuqing (county-level city), Fuzhou in the national compulsory e-ducation quality monitoring on September 28, 2011, there havealready been six counties (or cities) participating in it in FuzhouCity by 2017. 2015-2017 is the first full monitoring period of thenational compulsory education quality monitoring, and a total offive counties (or cities) in Fuzhou have participated in it. Underthe support and supervision of the educational supervision officeof the provincial government and the provincial quality monitor-ing office, they all have successfully completed the period ofmonitoring, which arouses the writer's pondering.
