摘要 本文从宏观的思想、政策上以及微观的激励机制、培训评价补充机制、运行机制等层面提出一系列完善乡村教师培训的对策和建议,从而使乡村教师的培训质量得到提升。有利于构建出具有我国乡村特色的乡村教师培训模式,真正提高乡村教师的培训质量,缩小城乡教育水平的差距,促进城乡教育均衡发展。 The paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the training of rural teachers from the aspects of macro thought,policy, microcosmic incentive mechanism, training evaluation supplement mechanism and operational mechanism, therefore,the training quality of rural teachers has been improved. We will build a rural teacher training model with rural characteristics, to improve the training quality, to narrow the gap between urban and rural educational levels, and to promote the balanced development of education in urban and rural areas.
