近些年来,随着移动通信技术的发展和移动终端设备的普及,移动应用已深入到了生活的方方面面,因此,软硬件条件己经不再是利用手机进行学习的限制了。信息化时代,人们学习的需求在不断增加,并且,希望能够更加便捷地获取知识和信息,随时随地的学习成为一种新风尚。移动学习是解决这个问题的一种最优的解决方案。移动学习除了学习平台和软件开发建设外,移动学习资源的建设也是至关重要的。好的资源能够实现有用、高效的学习,保证学习质量,为学习者提供更好的学习体验。本文通过对移动学习资源的理论基础进行研究,并总结出移动学习资源的设计原则。

In recent years, with the development of mobile communication technology and the popularization of mobile terminal equipment, mobile applications have penetrated into all aspects of life. Therefore, the conditions of hardware and software are no longer restricted by the use of mobile phones for learning. In the information age, people＇s learning needs are increasing, and they hope to get more convenient knowledge and information, and the study at anytime and anywhere becomes a new fashion. Mobile learning is an optimal solution to this problem. In addition to learning platform and software development, mobile learning resources construction is also crucial. Good resources can achieve useful and efficient learning, ensure learning quality, and provide learners with better learning experience. This paper studies the theoretical basis of mobile learning resources and summarizes the design principles of mobile learning resources.
