摘要
翻转课堂是将知识传授放的过程放在课堂教学之外,将知识内化的过程放在课堂之中,与传统课堂模式大不相同,是一种以学生为核心让学生能够高度参与课堂教学内容同时实现个性化教育的教学模式,这一教学模式与当前大学生职业生涯规划课程所追求的个性化教学和实践教学的目标相符合。本篇文章主要对翻转课堂应用在当前大学生职业生涯规划课程教学的可行性进行了分析,同时找出适应当前大学生职业生涯规划课程的翻转课堂教学模式,加强对学生的实践教学和个性化的教育培养,提高职业生涯规划课程的教学质量和教学效率。
In flipped classroom, the process of imparting knowledge is put outside classroom teaching, and the process of internalizing knowledge is put in classroom teaching, which is far different from the traditional classroom model. It is a student-centered teaching model that allows students to participate in in classroom teaching and realizes personalized education at the same time. This teaching model is in line with the goal of personalized teaching and practical teaching pursued by current career planning course for college students. This paper mainly analyzes the feasibility of applying flipped classroom in the teaching of career planning course for college students, and at the same time finds out a flipped classroom teaching model that adapts to the current career planning course for college students, in order to strengthen the practical teaching and personalized education for students, develop and improve the teaching quality and teaching efficiency of career planning course.
