Research and Practice on the Construction of Education System of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the Training of Applied Talents in Civil Engineering

在我国实施创新驱动发展战略、"大众创业、万众创新"成为新常态下经济发展双引擎之一的大背景下,以国务院办公厅"关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见"等为指导,基于省属一般性本科院校土木工程类专业应用型人才培养,以增强大学生创新实践能力、提升大学生就业创业能力为核心,从教学保障、手段保障、人才保障、条件保障、制度保障等方面构建创新创业教育体系,保证土木工程应用型人才培养质量。

Under the background of the implementation of innovation driven development strategy and ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂ becoming one of the dual engines of economic development in our country, with the document of ＂the implementation opinion about deepening education reform of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities＂ released by general office of the state council as a guide, based on the training of professional application-oriented talents in the civil engineering majors in provincial general undergraduate colleges and universities, the education system of innovation and entrepreneurship was constructed from the aspects of teaching guarantee, means guarantee, talent guarantee, condition guarantee and system guarantee in order to enhance the innovative practice ability, the employability and the entrepreneurial ability of college students, so as to ensure the training quality of application-oriented talents in civil engineering.
