职业学校班主任德育工作的研究

Study on Moral Education Work of Head Teachers in Vocational Schools

随着社会的不断发展,当前社会对于人才的需求可谓是日益增长,故而如何培养出品德优秀同时技术全面的新型人才是学校在当前社会中最为重视的方面,而对于承接了学校与学生之间,社会与学生之间关系纽带的班主任而言,就必须将德育工作作为其自身工作的重要组成部分,这样才能使得学生在品德上得到积极的发展,其实在当前学校中,德育工作的优劣也已经慢慢地,逐渐地被当成了衡量一位班主任是否为是优秀班主任的重要标准,故而根据这样的现状,本文主要是通过对职业学校中班主任开展德育工作的意义进行简单的剖析,从而相应地给出一些如何开展德育工作的建议,以供参考和借鉴。

With the continuous development of society, the demand for talents in the current society can be described as ever increasing. Therefore, how to cultivate excellent new talents with comprehensive technical skills is the most important aspect of the current schools in the current society. Head teachers are the bridge connecting the school and students as well as the society and students, so they should treat moral education as an important part of their work, so as to promote students＇ development in morality. Actually, the results of moral education work has gradually been regarded as an important standard measuring a head teacher＇ work in schools at present. In view of the current situation, this paper briefly analyzes the significance of head teachers＇ implementation of moral education work in vocational schools,and provides some suggestions on how to implement moral education work, serving as reference for the readers.
