南疆农村小学课堂师生互动的问题与改进策略——以和田县为例

摘要 南疆农村教育是新疆基础教育发展的难点,关系到深度贫困地区乡村教育事业的发展。本文把研究视角放到南疆的和田县,通过对和田县农村小学课堂师生互动观察和访谈,试图展现南疆地区小学课堂师生互动现状,并寻找其背后的原因,力求引起南疆地区基础教育工作者的重视和思考。 Rural education in south Xinjiang is a difficulty in the development of basic education in Xinjiang, and it is related to the development of rural education in extremely impoverished areas. This paper puts the research perspective into Hetian County of south Xinjiang. Through the observation and interview with teacher-student interaction of rural primary schools in Hetian County, it tries to show the current situation of teacher-student interaction in primary schools in south Xinjiang, and looks for the reasons of it, in an effort to arouse the attention and thinking of educators in south Xinjiang.
