西藏高校学生党员教育管理现状分析——以西藏大学为例

A Status Analysis on the Education Management of College Student Communist Party Members in Tibet: Illustrated by the Case of Tibet University

西藏高校学生党员的教育管理,对于维护祖国统一、民族团结、边疆稳定、持续推进西藏社会和谐稳定发展具有重要意义。本文以西藏大学为例,从学生党员的特点、教育现状和管理现状三方面,详细分析了学生党员教育管理的现状以及存在的问题。

Education management of college student Communist Party members in Tibet is significant to the maintaining national unity, ethnic solidarity, stability of border areas and sustained progressing of harmonious and steady social development in Tibet. Illustrated by the case of Tibet University, taking the perspective of characteristics of student Communist Party members,education and management status, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of education management of student Communist Party members.
