高校学生就业、创业问题的现状及对策分析——以天津市高校为例

An Analysis on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of College Students' Employment and Entrepreneurship:Taking Colleges and Universities of Tianjin City as an Example

高校学生的就业、创业问题关系着学校和社会的发展,高校学生就业良好、创业突出,能够为学校带来好的声誉,也能为国家创造效益,有利于社会的稳定和发展。本文以天津市高校为例,从经济社会发展、高校人才培养、企业用人需求、学生自身问题四方面出发,分析了当前存在的问题,并提出了几点对策。

The employment and entrepreneurship of college students is related to the development of colleges and society. If college students perform well in employment and entrepreneurship,good reputation will be brought to their colleges, and benefits will be created for the country, which is conducive to social stability and development. Taking colleges and universities of Tianjin City as an example, this paper analyzes the current problems from economic and social development, talent training in colleges and universities, employment needs of enterprises, and students＇ own problems, and then puts forward some countermeasures.
