乳腺癌病人需求现状及影响因素的研究

The status and influencing factors of demands in patients with breast cancer

[目的]探讨乳腺癌病人需求的重要程度和满足程度现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用横断面研究设计,用方便抽样法在2所三级甲等医院乳腺外科抽取乳腺癌病人405例作为研究对象,采用一般资料和临床资料调查表、乳腺癌病人需求自评问卷收集资料。[结果]乳腺癌病人需求重要程度总评为3.77分±0.50分,各维度得分最高的为尊重/自尊需求。多元逐步回归分析显示:文化程度、有无工作和放疗对乳腺癌病人需求重要程度有影响。乳腺癌病人需求满足程度总评分为3.31分±0.56分,各维度得分最高的为尊重/自尊需求。多元逐步回归分析显示:临床分期对病人需求满足程度有影响(P<0.01)。[结论]乳腺癌病人需求重要程度较高,而需求满足程度较低。护士可根据乳腺癌病人需求满足程度的水平加强护理干预,以提高病人的生活质量。

Objective：To explore the importance and satisfaction status and their influencing factors of demands in patients with breast cancer.Methods：A cross-sectional study design was used to select 405 breast cancer patients in two grade A hospitals with convenient sampling.The general data and clinical data questionnaires and breast cancer patients′self-assessment questionnaires were used to collect data.Results：The total score of demand importance in patients with breast cancer was 3.77±0.50.The highest score in each dimension was respect/self-esteem.There was difference in the importance of needs in breast cancer patients with different educational levels,working conditions and radiotherapy（P0.01）.The total score of demands satisfaction breast cancer patients was 3.31±0.56,and the highest score in each dimension was the need for respect/self-esteem.There was significant difference in the scores of demands satisfaction patients with different clinical stages（P0.01）.Conclusion：The demand for breast cancer patients is higher,and the demand satisfaction is lower.Nurses can enhance the nursing interventions based on the level of demands satisfaction to improve their quality of life in patients with breast cancer.
