高职高专助产专业临床模式量表条目分析及信效度评价

Analysis of the item and evaluation of reliability and validity of the clinical pattern scale for midwifery speciality in higher vocational college

[目的]编制高职高专助产专业临床模式量表,对其信效度进行检验。[方法]自行编制量表,经助产专家及预试验调适条目,最后将其应用于126位符合条件的助产师,对测定结果进行信效度分析。[结果]量表信度Cronbach′sα为0.921。各维度Cronbach′sα为0.814～0.928,包含49个条目、8个维度。探索性因子分析得到8个公因子,累计贡献率为68.294%。[结论]高职高专助产专业临床模式量表具有较好的信效度,可用于高职高专护生临床实践的评价和测量。

Objective：To set up clinical pattern scale for midwifery speciality in higher vocational colleges and verify its reliability and validity.Methods：The self-made scale was adjusted by midwifery experts and pre-tests,and finally applied to 126 qualified midwifery students.The reliability and validity of the results were analyzed.Results：It showed that Cronbach′sαwas 0.921,and Cronbach′sαin different dimensions ranged from 0.814 to 0.928,including 49 items and 8 dimensions.Eight common factors were eventually achieved through Exploratory Factor Analysis,with the total accumulative contribution rate of 68.294%.Conclusion：The clinical pattern scale for midwifery speciality in higher vocational colleges has good reliability and validity,and can be used for the evaluation of clinical practice of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.
