摘要
采用分层随机抽样法,抽取郑州市5家公立医院的500名医务人员进行问卷调查,探索公立医院中医护人员视角下的医患关系对工作投入的影响。研究结果发现,不同工龄和职称的医务人员在医患关系和工作投入程度存在显著差异,在控制了职称、工龄和年龄等人口学变量后,医务人员对医患关系的评价对其工作投入程度具有显著的正向预测力。因此构建积极的医患关系有助于提高医务人员的工作投入程度。
A total of 500 medical staffs were selected with stratified random sampling from 5 public hospitals in Zhengzhou city to explore the impact of doctor-patient relationship on job involvement from the perspective of doctors. Do descriptive statistics, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis by use of SPSS13.0. The result indicates: there are significant differences in doctor-patient relationship and job involvement between different length of service and titles of medical staffs. In the control of the title, length of service, age and other demographic variables, the doctor-patient relationship has a significant positive predictive power on the degree of job involvement. So the positive doctor-patient relationship is helpful to improve the job involvement of medical staffs.
