摘要 近年来,医患冲突频发,医患关系日益紧张,加强对医学人才的人文素质教育,丰富医学生的人文底蕴,是新时期培养合格医学生的重要手段和必然要求。党的十九大报告明确指出:"实施健康中国战略,人民健康是民族昌盛和国家富强的重要标志。"要打造"健康中国"就必须有一支医术、医德俱佳的高素质医生队伍,"构建健康和谐的医患关系,加强医德医风建设,重视医务人员人文素养培养和职业素质教育,大力弘扬救死扶伤精神",强调了医学人文素质教育的重要意义。针对现代医学教育中重专业知识、轻人文素质教育的现象,结合医学院校实施医学生人文素质教育的现状,提出改进措施与对策,结合国家政策,加强医学人文素质教育,提升教师人文精神,共同建立和谐融洽的医患关系。 Recently the conflict between doctors and patients is increasingly intense. Strengthening the education of humanities for medical talents and enriching the cultural heritage of medical students are important means and necessary requirements for cultivating qualified medical students in the new era. The report of the19 th CPC National Congress clearly stated that to implement the healthy China strategy, people's health is an important symbol of the prosperity of the nation and the country's prosperity as well as strength. To build"Healthy China", we must have a team of high-quality doctors with good medical skills and good medical ethics.We must build a healthy and harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, strengthen the construction of medical ethics, pay attention to the training of medical personnel in humanistic literacy and professional quality education, and vigorously promote the treatment of life-saving injuries, which emphasize the importance of medical humanistic quality education. This article aims at the phenomenon of modern professional education in which professional knowledge is light on humanistic quality education. Combining with the current situation of medical colleges in the implementation of humanistic quality education for medical students, this article proposes improvement measures and countermeasures, such as integrating national policies and strengthening medical humanistic quality education, promoting humanistic spirit of teachers and jointly establishing a harmonious and harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
