目前,医务人员不仅要医术高,还要医学人文素质高,只有这样才能促进医学科学技术发展。高等医学院校担负着培养德才兼备医学人才的重要任务,医学生人文素质高低与否直接关系到医学的发展。因此,本文主要论述新形势下医学生人文素质教育的困境与解决途径,期望培养优秀的医学人才,促进医学发展。

At present, medical personnel not only need high medical skill, but also high medical humanities quality, only in this way can promote the development of medical science and technology. Higher Medical colleges and universities are responsible for the important task of cultivating medical talents, and the quality of the humanities of medical students is directly related to the development of medicine. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses the dilemma and solution of the humanities quality education for medical students under the new situation, and hopes to train excellent medical talents and promote medical development.
