论社会主义核心价值观导向下医学生社会责任感的培育

On the Cultivation of Medical Students' Sense of Social Responsibility under the Guidance of Socialist Core Values

医学生社会责任感的培育是医德医风建设的前沿,关系到党和人民医疗卫生事业的兴旺发达以及青年医学生的成长发展。党的十九大报告指出,"发挥社会主义核心价值观对国民教育、精神文明创建、精神文化产品创作生产传播的引领作用,把社会主义核心价值观融入社会发展各方面,转化为人们的情感认同和行为习惯。"以社会主义核心价值观为导向进行医学生社会责任感的培育已成为多数高等医学教育工作者的共识。本文从加强医学生社会责任感培育的必要性、社会主义核心价值观与医学生社会责任感的内在联系、医学生社会责任感现状分析三个方面进行讨论,从而提出医学生社会责任感培育途径。以意识培养、行为引导、自我教育为三大途径,实现其目标,培养出一批社会责任感强的杰出人民健康卫士。

The cultivation of the sense of social responsibility of medical students is the forefront of the construction of medical ethics, which is related to the flourishing of the medical and health undertakings of the Party and the people and the growth and development of young medical students. The Party＇s 19 th CPC National Congress report points out, We will give play to the leading role of socialist core values in the national education, the creation of spiritual civilization, and the production and dissemination of spiritual products.Meanwhile we will integrate the socialist core values into all aspects of social development and transform them into people＇s emotional identity and behavior habits. Taking socialist core values as the guidance to cultivate the social responsibility of medical students has become the consensus of most medical education workers. This paper discusses the necessity of strengthening the cultivation of the social responsibility of medical students, the internal relationship between the socialist core values and the social responsibility of medical students, and the analysis of the present situation of the social responsibility of medical students. Thus, the way to cultivate the sense of social responsibility of medical students is put forward. In order to achieve its goal and cultivate a group of outstanding people＇s health guards with strong sense of social responsibility, we should take the cultivation of consciousness, behavior guidance and self-education as the three ways.
