探讨将整合后的大型医院安全管理系统进行实践应用,观察该模式在运行过程中系统间的相互关系及对医院安全作用的评价。结合当前大型医院安全管理研究和目前存在的危险因素,提出系统安全管理模式并将其贯穿于医院整体安全管理过程当中。该模式一级系统为统领,子系统分为医疗安全与非医疗安全两个子系统,管理模式在运行过程中随着各种危险因素与系统之间的相互作用,影响到整个医院安全管理。在系统理论大视野下大量翻阅文献进行理论分析、优化组合,总结出安全管理路径并将其模式进行应用,从而强化安全管理、规范执业操作、监测医疗与非医疗安全隐患、加强各种风险管控,由此来讨论本安全管理模式"全方位"的特点,同时对大型医院安全管理进行优化,效果可靠。
