摘要
目的了解团体心理辅导对高校大学生压力管理的效果,为大学生心理健康教育提供理论支持。方法选取皖北某高校56名存在压力的在校大学生进行压力、焦虑和抑郁自评量表的测试,随机分为团体心理辅导实验组和对照组各28名进行6次的团体辅导,在辅导后再次采用相同方式进行测试,并对结果进行比较分析。结果团体心理辅导实验组在辅导后压力自我评估得分、SDS和SAS得分均低于辅导前,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论团体心理辅导对某高校大学生的压力管理有良好的效果。
Objective To understand the effect of group psychological counseling on stress management of college students and to provide theoretical support for mental health education of college students. Methods Fifty-six college undergraduates in a university in north Anhui were tested for stress, anxiety and depression by self-rating scale. They were randomly divided into group psychological counseling group of 28 and group counseling group of 6, after counseling again using the same way to test, and comparative analysis of the results. Results There were significant differences in self-assessment scores, SDS and SAS scores before and after counseling in group counseling group(Pall〈0.01). Conclusion Group counseling has a good effect on the stress management of college students.
