摘要
单纯依托思政课堂教学和常规班会活动,难以与学生展开有效和深度的思想交流;而且,受到辅导员所管理学生数量规模的影响,也难以开展一对一的德育辅导工作。为此,在"互联网+"视阈下探索辅导员德育工作创新模式,则成为当前突破现有德育内容传递壁垒的重要课题。"互联网+"视阈下辅导员德育工作创新模式定位包括:定位于差异化管理、定位于个体化管理、定位于交互性管理、定位于连续性管理。在定位基础上的实践路径可围绕着:问题导向下分专业群制订创新思路、线上线下同步把握专业群德育现状、分专业设计问卷识别德育问题学生、个体与整体相统一下开展思想交流、建立寝室室长负责制平台管理办法等五个方面来构建。
It is difficult to conduct effective and in-depth exchange of ideas with students simply by relying on ideological and political classroom teaching and regular class meeting activities. Moreover, due to the influence of the number of students under the guidance of counselors, it is difficult to carry out one-to-one moral education guidance. Therefore, it has become an important subject to break through the existing barrier of content delivery of moral education to explore the innovative mode of moral education of counselors under the perspective of " Internet + ". From the perspective of " Internet + ", the orientation of the innovative model of moral education of counselors includes differentiated management, individualized management, interactive management and continuous management. In positioning based on the practice path can be around: problem under the professional group to develop innovative ideas, online synchronous grasp the professional group of moral education present situation,the identification problems of moral education students professional design questionnaire, individual and the whole unity out ideas, establishing the responsibility system of dormitory for platform management method and so on five aspects to build.
