摘要
针对目前煤矿大型断层治理中存在的问题,提出了采用地面注浆方法对断层进行加固的方案。根据新集二矿地质条件及F10断层含、导水情况,对注浆压力、注浆量、浆液扩散半径等注浆参数进行了计算。根据石门过F10断层的布置方案,对钻孔布置进行设计。即采用直孔加水平孔方式,对断层进行注浆加固,取得预期效果。
According to the problems existed in the large fault treatment of the present coal mines,the grouting method at the surface ground was provided and applied to the reinforcement plan of the fault.According to the geological condition of Xinji No.2 Mine as well as the F10 fault and water flow condition,a calculation was conducted on the grouting pressure,grouting volume,grout diffusion radius and other grouting parameters.According to the layout plan of the cross-cut passed through the F10 fault,a design was conducted on the borehole drilling layout.The straight borehole plus the horizontal borehole were applied to the grouting and reinforcement of the fault and the expected effect was obtained.
