摘要 马钢罗河矿业有限责任公司副立井施工中,井口挂钩工误将3 m3座钩式吊桶挂在JK-2.5/20型副提升机9t钩头上,下到井下,装好矸石,提升到吊盘喇叭口处,准备加速时,副提升机突然掉电,紧急制动并发出异响,导致卷筒中部出现长度为360mm左右的裂纹,并且其表面有明显凹陷。根据卷筒损坏情况,结合业主时间要求,确定了合理的修复方案。卷筒修复后,符合要求,顺利通过验收。 In a construction of a mine auxiliary shaft of Luohe Mining Company Limited,Maanshan Iron Steel,a hook operator at the mine shaft head made a mistake operation that a 3 m3 hook type kibble was put on a 9 thook of a JK-2.5/20 type auxiliary hoister.When the kibble was fully loaded with waste rocks at the bottom of the mine shaft,as the kibble hoisted at the trumpet of the sinking stage and was ready to be speeded up,the power failure was suddenly occurred in the auxiliary hoister,an emergency braking was made and an abnormal sound was occurred.A cracking with a length about360 mm was caused on the middle part of the winding drum.A remarkable concave was on the surface of the drum.According to the failure condition of the drum and in combination with the time requirement of the owner,a rational repair plan was set up.After the repair of the drum,the drum equipment was met and the acceptance of the drum repaired was successfully passed.
