摘要
金家渠煤矿至金凤洗煤厂长距离输煤系统全长5.7km,与高速公路交叉,交叉区域采用2座钢架栈桥上跨高速公路。对栈桥基坑开挖、模板组立、混凝土浇筑和栈桥场外组装、现场起吊等工艺作了优化设计。采用双机联合抬吊及转运的方法,进行吊装作业;并进行了钢结构栈桥起吊及转运的安全平衡验算,有效保证了吊装施工安全。钢结构栈桥吊装作业安全高效,收到预期效果。
From Jinjiaqu Mine to Jinfeng Coal Preparation Plant,there was a long distance coal conveying system with a total length of 5.7 km.The coal conveying system was across over a highway and the two steel frame trestle bridges were across over the highway in the cross over area.An optimized design was made on the foundation excavation of the trestle bridge,the template assembling,the site concrete pouring and the outside assembling of the trestle bridge,the site lifting and other techniques.A double crane combined lifting and transportation method was applied to the lifting operation.A safety balance calculation on the lifting and transformation of the steel structure trestle bridge was conducted and could effectively ensure the safety of the lifting construction.The lifting operation of the steel structure trestle bridge was safety and high efficient and the expected effect was obtained.
