摘要
高新技术企业技术多元化对探索式技术创新是相生还是相克?这一问题的厘清将有助于我国创新驱动战略的具体实施。本文利用2010—2017年科技部、国务院国资委和中华全国总工会认定的国家火炬计划重点企业为研究样本,分析了火炬计划重点企业中上市公司技术多元化对探索式创新的影响。研究结果发现我国高新技术企业技术多元化与探索式创新之间呈"倒U型"关系,即:在一定技术广域内,探索式技术创新会相生于技术多元化,但是,技术多元化发展到一定程度会相克企业探索式创新;企业的吸收能力对技术多元化与探索式创新之间的"倒U型"关系具有显著正向调节作用。
Technological diversification in new high-tech enterprise has positive or negative influence on exploratory innovation is controversial. Solving this question is helpful to concrete implement of innovation-driven devel opment strategy in our country. This paper takes key enterprises in National Torch Program as research samples affirmed by Ministry of Science and Technology, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and All China Federation of Trade Unions from 2010 to 2017, analyzing technological diversification's influence in new high-tech enterprise on exploratory innovation of listed companies of key enterprises in National Torch Program. Result tells that relationship between technological diversification in new high-tech enterprise and exploratory innovation presents inverted U shape. In specific scope, exploratory innovation has positive influence on technological diversification. However,technological diversification has negative influence on exploratory innovation when it develops to some extent. Absorbing ability of enterprises has obviously positive regulating effect on inverted U shape relationship between technological diversification and exploratory innovation.
