浅谈黑龙江省粮食生产能力及保障措施

On the grain production capacity and safeguard measures of Heilongjiang province

黑龙江素有"天下粮仓"的美誉,龙江粮食生产能力的目标定位,为我国粮食发展发挥了重要作用,同时在一定程度上缓解了国家粮食的安全压力。黑龙江省是中国耕地面积最大的省份,是世界著名的三大黑土带之一,耕地面积达1586.6万公顷。全省人均耕地面积居全国第一位,人均耕地面积达0.4公顷。2017年,黑龙江粮食总产量达到1203.76亿斤,实现"十四连丰",连续七年居全国首位。这么一个粮食大省,土地利用面积不如南方主销省份,粮食的产量、质量问题依然存在。黑龙江省对全国粮食增产发挥起着主导作用,要想成为国家重要的粮食储备基地,稳定和提高粮食的综合生产能力是十分重要的。

In 2017, the total grain output of Hei-longjiang reached 12.376 billion jin, realizing ＂fourteen consecutive abundant crops＂, ranking the firstin China for seven consecutive years.
