当前,我国农村经济不断发展,农机管理服务地位逐渐突出,农民对于农机管理服务人员的素质要求也呈现多样化发展趋势。所以乡镇农村服务管理机构必须进行探索创新,找出管理服务中存在的各类问题,切实掌握当前农业发展中的有效因素,为现代化农业提供优质服务。本文在此背景下,简要分析乡镇农机管理服务中存在的问题,并针对问题提出解决对策,希冀有效促进农村经济能够在高质量的服务下不断的发展。

In this context, this paper gives a brief analysis of the problems existing in the township farmmachinery management services, and puts forward countermeasures in view of the problem, hope can ef-fectively promote the rural economy in the high quality service under continuous development.
