在素质教育的时代背景下,提升平面艺术设计人才创新素养是提高高校教学质量的必然要求,也是平面艺术设计教育专业实现自身突破性发展的关键环节。基于此,本文以人才创新素养在平面艺术设计中的价值为主要出发点,从基础素质、专业素质、心理素质和创新素质四个方面分析平面艺术设计对人才创新素养的要求,并重点探讨提升平面艺术设计人才创新素养的策略。

In the era of quality-oriented education,it is an inevitable requirement for the promotion of the teaching quality of colleges and universities to enhance the creative quality of graphic arts design talents,and it is also a key link for the plane art design education professional to achieve its own breakthrough development. Based on that,this article takes the value of creative talents in graphic art design as the main starting point,and analyzes the requirements of graphic art design for the creative accomplishment of talents from the four aspects of basic quality,professional quality,psychological quality and innovative quality. Meanwhile,the strategy of improving the creative quality of graphic art designers will be discussed emphatically.
