文化是人类知识、信仰和行为的载体,支配着人类的价值取向和行为方式,具有不可替代的教育功能。入党是政治行为,同时也是文化行为。依托大学生文化建设,从朋辈文化、制度文化、社团文化、网络文化和实践文化等维度,引导大学生开展自我教育,是新时代增强入党启蒙教育有效性、保证大学生党员队伍先进性的有效途径。

Culture is the carrier of human knowledge,belief and behavior,which dominates human’value orientation and behavior and has an irreplaceable function of education.To join the party is not only a political act but also the cultural behavior.From the peer culture,system culture,community culture,Internet culture and practice culture and other culture dimensions,relying on college students＇cultural construction to guide college students to carry out the self-education is the effective ways to enhance the effectiveness of the enlightenment education to the party and ensure the sophistication of university students’party in the new era.
