摘要
选聘研究生担任高校兼职辅导员是当前高校加强辅导员队伍建设的一种常见做法。研究生兼职辅导员有效地增强了高校思想政治工作力量,但在具体实施过程中也存在着与应然设计不相符合的缺陷和问题,有待进一步研究和完善。高校应该从合理岗位设置、严格选聘环节、明确角色定位、规范培训内容、丰富交流载体、健全保障机制等方面着手,建设高素质的研究生兼职辅导员队伍。
It is far from unusual for universities leaders to select and hire graduate students to hold the post of acting instructors to strengthen team building.Graduate students taking the post of acting instructors effectively improve the ideological and political work.However,as there are still flaws and problems incompatible with primitive design during the implementation process,such action needs further study and improvement.Leaders of universities should build a team of acting instructors which consists of high-quality graduate students through setting up posts properly,sifting candidates strictly and define different roles clearly.At the meantime,standardizing training content,enriching exchange media and improving security mechanism should also be taken into consideration.
