集群化发展视域下辽宁满族冰雪文化体系的构建

辽宁是我国的体育大省。冰雪运动在辽宁有其特殊的地理区域运动优势。鉴于满族在辽宁省地域性文化体系中所占有的重要地位,要发展好辽宁的冰雪运动,使其具有一定的地域文化底蕴,必须要结合满族文化传统寻求集群化发展冰雪文化体系的构建路径:确立基本的框架结构;确立适应性的构建目标;坚持科学实效的构建原则;挖掘与整理满族传统冰雪文化,并进行有效优化、整合。

Liaoning is a major sports province in China.Ice and snow sports have special geographical advantages in Liaoning.In view of the important position of Manchu in the regional cultural system of Liaoning Province,in order to develop the ice and snow movement in Liaoning so as to make it have a certain regional cultural background,it must seek the path of constructing the ice and snow cultural system with the Manchu culture tradition：establishing the basic frame structure and establishing the construction of the adaptability.Objectives;adhere to the principles of scientific practical construction;excavate and collate the traditional culture of the Manchu and ice culture,and effectively optimize and integrate them.
