要素价格扭曲对我国钢铁行业产能过剩的影响研究

Research on the impact of factor price distortion on overcapacity in China's iron and steel industry

钢铁行业作为我国重要的基础支柱型产业,在国民经济发展中占据着重要的战略位置。然而,近些年该行业出现了严重的产能过剩。基于DEA模型,测度出我国29个省(直辖市、自治区)2007—2015年钢铁行业的产能利用率,并进一步构建面板模型探讨要素价格扭曲对我国钢铁行业产能过剩的影响。结果表明,资本要素价格扭曲会显著影响我国钢铁行业产能过剩,并且具有持续动态影响机制,而劳动要素价格扭曲并未显著影响到我国钢铁行业产能过剩。

As an important pillar industry in China, the iron and steel industry has a significant strategic position in the development of national economy. However, the industry has experienced the serious overcapacity in recent years. Based on the DEA model, the article measures the capacity- utilization rate of the iron and steel industry in 29 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2007 to 2015 and further establishes a panel model to explore the impact of factor price distortion on the over＇capacity in China＇s iron and steel industry. The results show that the distortion of capital factor price may significantly affect the overcapacity in China＇ s iron and steel industry and have a continuous dynamic impact mechanism. The distortion of labor factor price doesn＇ t significantly affect the overcapacity in China＇ s iron and steel industry.
