摘要
精准就业的核心要义就是针对每个毕业生的具体情况,制定个性化、有针对性的就业指导和服务。校园招聘会是应届毕业生求职的最佳途径之一,但现实中高校校园招聘会"遇冷"现象频出,校园招聘会的实际效果与预期相距甚远。在"互联网+"背景下,应当构建"互联网+精准就业"体系,依托校园招聘会最大程度为毕业生提供精准就业服务,从而实现高质量充分就业,提高校园招聘会的实效性。
The core of accurate employment is to formulate individualized and targeted employment guidance and services for the specific situation of each graduate. Campus recruitment is one of the best ways for graduates to apply for jobs. But in reality, the phenomenonof"cold recruitment"in campus recruitment is frequent. The actual effect of campus recruitment is far from expectation. In the"Inter-net+"background, a"Internet plus accurate employment"system based on the campus recruitment will be the greatest degree for gradu-ates to provide accurate employment services so as to realize the full employment of high quality and improve the effectiveness of campus recruitment.
