摘要
为确保某大型定向钻工艺管道穿越沁河工程顺利施工,对施工技术难点进行了研究,合理选取并严格控制最大泥浆压力、扩孔速度、泥浆黏度与容重等关键技术参数,有针对性地制定防冒浆施工措施,对穿越路线的薄弱地带进行预加固,严格控制导向孔施工轨迹以及入土角和出土角精度,钻进过程中泥浆压力、钻进轨迹、泥浆循环所反映的实际地质情况与设计出现差异时,随时修正泥浆压力、钻进速度等控制参数,实现了定向钻顺利钻进、施工全过程不冒浆以及管道精确就位,创造了定向钻工艺双管穿越河道工程、管道直径达1 016 mm、穿越长度1 750 m及最大埋深超过33 m等多项国内施工纪录。
In order to ensure the smooth construction of a large directional drilling pipe through Qin River, the construction unit carefullystudied technical difficulties, made rational selection and kept rigid control of the maximum mud pressure, the speed of reaming, the viscosity and the gravity of mud and other key technical parameters, formulated the construction measures against the oozing slurry and took prere-inforcing in the weak ground of the traversing route. It strictly controlled the guide hole construction trajectory, accuracy of entry angle and unearthed angle. In the course of drilling, mud pressure, drilling speed and other control parameters were corrected at any time when the mud pressure, drilling trajectory and mud circulation reflected the difference between the actual geological conditions and the design, achieved the goal of smooth drilling, no oozing slurry in the whole process and precise pipe location, as well as creating a number of domestic construction records by using directional drilling with double pipes across channel projects, such as the diameter of the pipeline diameter 1,016 mm, the crossing length of 1,750 m and the maximum buried depth of more than 33 m.
