摘要
为分析在低水头(1~5 m)条件下工作水头和铺设长度对微喷带喷洒均匀度的影响,以国内常见的N45(折叠带宽45 mm)单列斜5孔微喷带为研究对象,截取不同长度(20、40 m)的试样,分析水量分布特征,采用克里斯琴森均匀系数评价喷洒均匀度。结果表明:N45微喷带在小于3 m工作水头下,管带铺设长度不宜超过20 m;在3~5 m工作水头下,铺设长度不宜超过40 m。铺设长度一定时,通过增大工作水头可以提高喷洒均匀度;工作水头一定时,通过减小铺设长度可以提高喷洒均匀度。
In order to analyze the influence oflow water head and laying length on spray uniformity of micro-sprinkling hose under low waterhead condition (1-5 m), N45 (45 mm folding width) single-row micro-sprinkling hose was taken as the research object. With hoses of the different lengths (20 m and 40 m) as samples, the characteristics of water distribution were analyzed and the spray uniformity of the hose was evaluated by Christiansen Uniformity coefficient. The experimental results show that for N45 micro-sprinkling hose, the laying length should not exceed 20 m under the water head of less than 3 m and should not exceed 40 m under a working head of 3 m to 5 m. When the laying length is constant, the spray uniformity of the hose can be improved by increasing the water head. When the water head is constant, the spray uniformity can be improved by decreasing the laying length.
