摘要
通过建立面板向量自回归(PVAR)模型,实证研究发现:产业集聚对环境的影响具有门槛效应,但其对环境污染排放变化的贡献率较低,产业集聚并非环境污染的主因;长期内,环境污染冲击对产业集聚的解释力要大于产业集聚对环境污染的解释力;产业集聚对工业固体废物的产生和工业废水排放的影响持续时期较短,而对工业废气排放则具有持久影响。
This paper studies the relationship between industrial agglomeration and environmental pollution in China based on a Panel Data Vector Auto-regression model. The main results suggest that the improvement of industrial agglomeration degree may have threshold effects on environmental quality. The study also find that environmental pollution can explain more of the variation in the industrial agglomeration as compared to the effect of industrial agglomeration on environmental pollution in the long run.
