摘要
切削液废水是在硅生产过程中产生的高度浓缩的有机废水,由于含有合成有机化合物的废水具有COD含量高,成分复杂,生物降解性差的特点,采用一种方法完全处理是十分困难的。因此,试验开发并研究了Fenton-MBR联合工艺,该工艺通过Fenton法将废水中一些有机化合物如聚乙二醇和表面活性剂氧化破碎成小块,随后通过MBR工艺进行处理。通过对操作参数进行的测试和优化,揭示了该工艺的机理。
Cutting fluid wastewater is a highly concentrated organic wastewater generated in the process of silicon production.Since wastewater containing synthetic organic compounds has the characteristics of high COD content,complex composition and poor biodegradability,it is very difficult to handle completely by one method. Therefore,this experiment developed and studied the Fenton-MBR combined process,which oxidized some organic compounds such as polyethylene glycol and surfactant in wastewater into small pieces by Fenton method and then treated by MBR process. Through the testing and optimization of operating parameters,the mechanism of the process is revealed.
