摘要
利用我国2004-2015年31个省份或地区的面板数据,实证检验了OFDI逆向技术溢出对本地区技术创新的影响。研究发现:OFDI逆向技术溢出对我国技术创新具有不显著的正效应;人力资本质量对OFDI逆向技术溢出效应具有影响。分地区考察时,只有东部地区OFDI逆向技术溢出对技术创新能力具有正向影响,而中部和西部地区呈负向影响;在考虑人力资本质量时,东、中、西部人力资本质量都需高于一定阈值才能够对OFDI具有吸收作用。
This paper, based on the panel data of 31 provinces or regions in China from 2004 to 2015, empirically tested the effect of OFDI reverse technology spillover on technological innovation capacity in various provinces or regions. At the same time, we put forward a calculation method of adjusted human capital based on quality, and separately calculated the stock of human capital of the 31 provinces in China. Surveying the national sample, it found that OFDI reverse technology spillover had insignificant positive impact on technology innovation. In addition, China's human capital quality level could absorb the reverse technology spillover of OFDI. When we investigated the regional sample, we found that it had the absorptive effeet on the OFDI reverse technology spillover in the eastern region, as well as in the most provinces of central and western regions.
