巯基键合硅胶固相萃取环境土壤与水体中痕量汞

摘要 以2-巯基苯并噻唑键合硅胶复合材料为固相萃取吸附剂,与测汞仪联用检测环境土壤与水体中无机汞离子含量.讨论了固相萃取条件对吸附率的影响,包括样品pH、吸附剂用量、样品体积、吸附温度、吸附容量以及洗脱剂种类等,pH=0时,该吸附材料对Hg2+具有高选择性,最大吸附量为6.4mg/g,Hg2+的洗脱率在95%以上.采用该法对淮海工学院校内土壤与水体中Hg2+含量进行了测定,样品加标回收率在85%~96%之间,结果令人满意. 2-Benzothiazolethiol bonded silica was prepared and used as solid-phase extraction material for the pretreatment of Hg2+in environment soil and water samples,which was coupled with mercury vapourmeter for the determination of mercury.The effect of solid phase extraction conditions on the adsorption rate was discussed,including the sample pH,the amount of adsorbent,the volume of the sample,the adsorption temperature,the adsorption capacity and the type of eluent.When pH=0,the adsorbent has high selectivity to Hg2+,the maximum adsorption capacity is 6.4 mg/g,and the elution rate of Hg2+is above 95%.The content of Hg2+in soil and water in Huaihai Institute of Technology was determined by this method.The recovery rate of sample was 85%to 96%,and the results were satisfactory.
