基于云办公的多媒体教室改造方案

Solutions of Multimedia Classroom Based on Cloud Office

传统多媒体教室在早期使用期间给教学工作带来了一定的便利,但随着教室数量增加和信息化进程加快,传统多媒体教室在使用和维护上暴露出很多缺陷。以湖北理工学院为例,分析了传统多媒体教室的弊端,提出了基于云办公的升级改造方案,并结合实际部署描述了改造后的组网架构、业务开通流程和优势,在一定程度上解决了多媒体教室维护繁琐和效率低下的问题,对基于云办公的多媒体教室管理具有一定指导意义,可供其他高校借鉴和参考。

Traditional multimedia classroom has brought some convenience to teaching in the early stage,but with the increase of the numbers of classrooms and the acceleration of information process,many defects in use and maintenance have been found in the traditional multimedia classroom. Taking Hubei Polytechnic University as an example,this paper analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional multimedia classroom,puts forward the upgrading scheme based on cloud office,describes the network architecture,the opening process and advantages combined with the actual deployment,to a certain extent to solve the problems of complex maintenance and low efficiency,which provides guidance for the management of multimedia classroom based on cloud office and can be used for reference in other colleges and universities.
