热处理工艺对H13模具钢的组织和力学性能影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 以H13模具钢为研究对象,通过硬度和金相分析,研究了热处理工艺优化后的H13模具钢的硬度和显微组织的变化规律。结果表明,经常规球化退火后,H13模具钢的组织由球状珠光体和少量颗粒状碳化物组成,热处理硬度达到HBW 175,加工性能较好。经淬火和二次回火后,H13模具钢的组织更加稳定和均匀,碳化物的偏析现象得到明显改善,碳化物细小,分布均匀,且硬度适中,达HRC46.5,处于最适合使用的硬度区间HRC 44~48,强韧性能良好,有利于提高热作模具钢的使用寿命,满足热作模具钢的性能要求。 Taking H13 die steel as the research object,the characters of hardness and microstructure for H13 die steel were studied after the optimization of heat treatment process through the hardness and metallographic analysis. The results showed that after the conventional spheroidizing annealing of H13 die steel,the microstructure were ball pearlite and small amount of carbide,the hardness reached HBW 175 and had a better processing performance. After quenching and second tempering,the structure of H13 die steel was more stable and uniform,the carbide segregation was dramatically improved. The carbides were fine,well-distributed,and had appropriate hardness HRC 46. 5,which were among the suitable hardness range HRC 44-48 with good toughness and performance. These will be beneficial to the improvement of the service life of the hot working die steel,and can meet the performance requirements of the hot working die steel.
