摘要
以间苯二酚为原料,经醚化、Vilsmeyer反应、安息香缩合、氧化后,得到2,2',4,4'-四甲氧基苯偶酰,通过~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR和X-Ray单晶衍射对目标产物进行了结构表征。晶体结构分析结果表明,该化合物中的羰基与各自相连的苯环共平面,且这2个羰基-苯环平面的夹角为83.76°。紫外吸收分析结果表明,该化合物在275 nm和310 nm处出现2个特征吸收峰,兼具长波紫外线UVA和中波紫外线UVB的吸收性能。同时,光稳定性能研究结果表明,该化合物的光稳定性好,在紫外线吸收剂的开发和应用方面具有潜在的价值。
1,2-bis( 2,4-dimethoxyphenyl) ethane-1,2-dione was obtained by etherification,Vilsmeyer reaction and benzoin condensation using resorcinol as the starting material,and then ~1 H NMR,^(13) C NMR and X-Ray diffraction were used to characterize the target product. The crystal structure indicated that each carbonyl group in the compound was coplanar with the connected benzene ring,and the twist angle between the two carbonyl-benzene ring planes is 83. 76°. The UV absorbability showed that the compound had two main absorption peaks at 275 nm and 310 nm,it both contained long wavelength UVA and UVB absorption properties. At the same time,the light stability test showed that the compound had good light stability. All of these results indicated the title compound had a potential application value in the UV absorber.
