孙诒让礼学研究的“通经致用”特征与永嘉学派

Features of “Practical Use of Classics” in Sun Yirang's Study of Ritual and Yongjia School

孙诒让(1848—1908年)作为著名的朴学殿军和教育家,享誉晚清学界。孙诒让的学术特征评价中,一般以"通经致用"作为其学术重要特征,"诒让之学,淹贯中西,博综今古,而尤以通经致用为急。"一般认为其通经致用的学术风格,受永嘉学派事功学说的影响较深。本文从孙诒让用力最深的礼学研究入手,探索永嘉学派的事功学说是如何体现为孙诒让的"通经致用"的学术特征的。

Sun Yirang（1848-1908） is known as a famous scholar of down-to-earth learning and educator of the late Qing Dynasty. Generally,＂practical use of classics＂is typical of his academic research. ＂Sun Yirang＇s studies penetrate the Chinese and Western world and cover the past and present,and particularly‘practical use of classics＇ is especially important.＂It is generally believed that his academic style is deeply influenced by Yongjia School＇s utilitarianism thought. This paper hopes to start with the most important study of ritual,and tries to explore how Yongjia School＇s utilitarianism thought embodies his academic feature of＂practical use of classics＂.
