“一带一路”倡议下地方师范院校中外合作办学发展对策研究

Research on the Development of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools in Local Normal Universities under the “One Belt and One Road” Initiative

中外合作办学是我国教育对外开放的产物,是在经济新常态和"一带一路"倡议背景下,促进我国高等教育发展,培养具有国际视野的高素质创新人才的必要选择。地方师范院校作为服务地方基础教育和经济社会发展的主阵地,开展中外合作办学是提升学科建设水平、人才培养层次与质量、促进文化交流传播以及服务区域经济社会发展能力的需要。因此,地方师范院校应抓住"一带一路"倡议机遇,以中外合作办学为契机,开拓思路,提升整体办学水平。

Sino-foreign cooperative education is a product of China＇s education opening to the outside world. It is a necessary choice for promoting the development of higher education in China and cultivating high-quality and innovative talents with an international perspective under the background of the new economic normal and the＂One Belt and One Road＂initiative. Local normal universities,as the main positions for serving local basic education and economic and social development,need to promote Chineseforeign cooperation in running schools to improve the level of discipline construction,the level and quality of personnel training,the promotion of cultural communication,and the ability to serve regional economic and social development. Therefore,local normal universities should seize the strategic opportunity of the ＂One Belt and One Road＂initiative and use Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools as an opportunity to open up ideas and improve the overall level of running schools.
