问题导向、改革创新、聚焦主业是做好新时代高校思想政治教育工作的现实要求。探索、改进和完善高校学生工作组织结构模式是激发思想政治工作内生动力与活力,深化以学生为中心的改革新思路,提高育人工作质量和实效,实现高校思想政治工作"立德树人"的根本任务和"以学生为中心"的价值理念的现实要求。在反思目前高校思想政治教育工作传统工作模式的现状及其问题的基础上,探索更符合学生工作实际、更符合时代要求、更具可操作性、更具基础性和源头性、更具新活力和生命力的新模式,通过改进和完善现有工作模式,破解学生工作中存在的发展不平衡、不充分问题,打通育人"最后一公里",为推进新时代高校思想政治教育工作领域改革提供参考和借鉴。

Problem orientation,reform and innovation,and focus of main business are the practical requirements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era. To explore,improve and perfect the organizational structure of college students＇ work is to stimulate the endogenous motive force and vitality of ideological and political work,deepen the studentcentered reform of new ideas,improve the quality of the work of educating people and effectiveness,realize the value orientation of＂returning to students＂in ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and the practical requirements of the fundamental task of＂ establishing morality and building people＂. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the universal work mode of the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities and the dilemmas it brings,the paper tries to find out more suitable for the practical work of students,more conform to the requirements of the times,more feasible and more basic source,more vitality and dynamics of the new model,try to improve and perfect the existing working mode,solve the problem of insufficient development imbalance in the work of students,fully solve the last problem of educators,and provide a reference for the reform of ideological and political education in the new era.
