文化对等视域下英语专业本科翻译教学创新途径研究

Research on Innovative Approaches to English Major's Translation Teaching from Perspective of Cultural Equivalence

作为文化载体的语言,需要通过翻译完成跨文化交际。因此,在英语专业本科翻译教学中实现文化对等至关重要。由于传统翻译忽略了翻译过程中文化思想对等,仅将翻译工作停留在语言转化层面,没有领悟到文化传播的重要性。因此如何在教学实践中解决翻译教学存在的弊端,从思维模式和语言结构角度区别文化对等在英汉语言间的关联,是当前翻译教学中亟待解决的问题之一。文章基于文化对等视域,分析了当前我国高校英语专业本科学生翻译教学过程中存在的主要问题及其产生原因,并尝试从文化对等角度提出构建英语专业本科翻译教学的策略,以期培养出具有高素质双语能力和双元文化解读能力的文化思维主导创新型翻译人才。

Language,as the cultural carrier,is closely related with translation in order to achieve the process of cross-cultural communication; therefore,it is necessary to put weight on cultural equivalence in English major＇s translation teaching. As the traditional translation ignores the cultural and ideological equivalence in the process of translation,it still stays on the level of language transformation and does not comprehend the importance of cultural communication. How to solve the drawbacks of translation teaching in teaching practice and how to distinguish cultural equivalence between English and Chinese from the perspective of thinking modes and language structures is one of the urgent problems in translation teaching.
