“三合一”复合墙体在变电站工程应用中的热工性能分析

摘要 文章对"三合一"复合墙体的做法进行了介绍,应用DeST-c热工分析软件分别建立了模型A和模型B,对应用"三合一"复合墙体的变电站工程和应用普通粘土砖的变电站工程进行了热工性能分析计算,得出两个模型的热负荷对比结果、冷负荷对比结果、全年能耗对比结果及建筑耗煤量对比结果,并对模型A和模型B的各对比结果进行了分析计算。对比结果显示,采用"三合一"墙体的变电站工程项目与采用普通粘土砖的变电站工程项目在热负荷、冷负荷及全年能耗方面相比,其节能率基本都达到了50%,每平方米耗煤量减少7.37kg,满足建筑节能50%的节能目标。 This article introduced the manufacture method of three-in-one composite wall.Model A and model B are established by using DeST-c thermal analysis software.Through calculating the thermal properties of two transformer substation-one uses common brick and the other applies three-in-one composite wall,the paper obtained and analyzed comparisons between two models,which contains cooling load,all-year energy consumption and per square meter coal consumption.The comparison result showed that the transformer substation applied in three-in-one composite wall use 7.37 kg less coal per square meter than common brick,and the energy saving ratio basically reaches 50%,which achieved the purpose for saving 50 percent of energy used in buildings.
