The wide application of artificial intelligence has greatly promoted the improvement of production efficiency.BIM technology is widely applied in the design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and operation stage of the project.There are positive effects on the quality,progress and expense of the whole project.On the basis of the specific application of BIM technology in the whole process of the project,this paper discusses the application and application prospect of the dismantling stage on the basis of the specific application of the project implementation process.
