In recent years,the rapid development of the large data has accelerated the development of the information technology in the construction industry.As one of the essential tools of engineering quantity calculation,Gloden software is very intuitive,as well as easy to check and modify.This paper,taking the D4 building of the Beijing commercial city as an example,combines the operation of BIM software and the practical application,introduces the application and skills of the software in the actual project,and then proposes a more accurate and rapid method,whose purpose is to improve the working efficiency of budgeter.
