数理统计作为数据资料的整理、分析、统计工具,参与了药剂学科学研究的整个过程。文章就数理统计在药物制剂研究中的应用,从科学合理的试验设计、处方筛选与工艺优化、质量控制等方面进行综述,以期为药物制剂开发与工艺研究提供参考。

Mathematical statistics,as a tool for data reduction,analysis and statistics,is involved in the whole process of pharmaceutical research.This article reviews the application of mathematical statistics in the research of drug preparation,and summarizes the scientific and rational experimental design,prescription screening and process optimization as well as quality control,aiming to provide some reference for the development and technology research of drug preparation.
